New 4-part audio series - I hope it inspires you!

Updated: Dec 17

On December 16, 2024, I will reach a significant milestone—10 years cancer-free. This journey has been filled with challenges, triumphs, and invaluable lessons, and to commemorate this occasion, I am excited to announce the release of a limited series podcast developed in coordination with Becca Wertheimer of Storied. This four-part audio series will delve deep into my personal story, sharing the hurdles I faced from childhood through my battle with breast cancer and beyond. Writing my book, The 110 Philosophy, was such a therapeutic exercise and after its release many readers reached out asking that I share more of my personal journey.

is not just a reflection of my experiences; it is a testament to resilience, healing, and the power of storytelling.

Why This Podcast Matters

Sharing my story is not just about me; it's about creating a space for others to feel seen and heard. I hope that by opening up about my experiences, I can inspire those who are facing their own battles, whether they are related to health, trauma, or personal struggles. My journey has taught me the importance of vulnerability and connection, and I want to extend that to my listeners.

Join Me on This Journey

As I prepare to launch this podcast, I invite you to join me on this journey of healing and empowerment. Each episode will be available on Spotify, and I encourage you to share it with anyone who might benefit from hearing my story. Together, we can foster a community of support and understanding.

What's Next

Mark your calendars for December 16, 2024, and get ready to celebrate and embark on this emotional and transformative journey with me. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to sharing my story with you!
